Shanghai, November 2018 – The official kick-off event for Ideal Home Show 2019 took place at Shanghai’s Bright 919 on November 15th. The iconic exhibition, organized by UK event company, Media 10, will be returning for its second edition in China on March 14 -17 2019 at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre.

A launch-event highlight featured the signing of an MOU between Media 10 and the Furniture Division and Home & Houseware Division of, one of China’s biggest e-commerce companies. This exciting and new strategic partnership will break the boundaries between e-commerce and traditional offline exhibitions, further linking thousands of premium brands from home and abroad with China’s fast-growing consumers of fashion and modern lifestyle.

Ideal Home Show 2019 follows a successful inaugural edition in December 2017. The four-day event, following the theme of “Envision Your Ideal Lifestyle”, will present a vast showcase of nearly 500 premium brands and thousands of new, innovative and ready-to-buy products from China and across the world, targeting the nation’s rapidly growing upper middle class. It will open its doors to an estimated 60,000 visitors, including approximately 10,000 VIPs.

Ideal Home Show is not an average consumer exhibition. Its unique live events and exhibitions format hones in on consumer senses, delivering touch, taste and feel experiences tAt its 2019 edition, 30,000 sqm of show space will host four visitor attractions, including the “Ideal Theatre”, “Chef’s Theatre”, “Lifestyle Stage Catwalk”, and “Couture Homes”, together with around 200 live, practical life-guide sessions led by industry experts.

Visitors can also get one step closer to discovering their ideal home and lifestyle via six themed pavilions, namely “Interiors & Decorative Art”, “Home Renovation”, “Technology”, “Fashion & Beauty”, “Food & Drink”, and “Family Life”.
